Embedded forms
When Tally form IDs are configured, their embedded forms may use storage on tally.so. The exact Tally items and retention must be checked against the live form and its current policy before launch.
Change a choice
Open Cookie settings at any time. With no Analytics consent, this site does not request Google's tracking script. With no Marketing consent, UTM values stay in this tab's session only, and gclid and fbclid are neither stored nor sent to Tally.
