Ambiens Home Design Limited (CRO 732539) is the data controller for enquiries through this website. Our showroom is at Basement, 44 Leeson Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 RW56. A registered office address, privacy contact and final retention schedule still need confirmation.

Enquiries and uploaded files

Our Tally forms collect the contact details, project information, plans and photographs you choose to submit. We use these to answer your enquiry and discuss a design. Tally form IDs have not yet been configured, so live submission is currently unavailable.

Marketing source and analytics

We record the first and most recent enquiry source in this browser tab. The recent source uses utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, landing_page and referrer. A tagged visit updates the recent source. The first source uses first_utm_source, first_utm_medium, first_utm_campaign, first_landing_page and first_referrer and is not overwritten. Internal referrers are omitted; external referrers keep only the website origin and path, limited to 300 characters. These values are passed as hidden Tally fields when a form is opened to help us measure marketing effectiveness.

If a visit has a gclid or fbclid but no UTM parameters, we infer Google paid search or Facebook social as the source and medium. This inference is kept in this tab even without Marketing consent. Only with Marketing consent do we collect and send the advertising click IDs themselves and retain the first and recent source in local storage for up to 90 days. Without that consent, click ID fields are empty.

Google Analytics 4 will measure site visits and a submitted enquiry only after Analytics consent and after a measurement ID is configured. No Google Analytics script is currently configured. Direct visits to the thank-you page do not count as enquiries.

Who receives the data

Tally will receive form submissions and the hidden source fields when forms are configured. Google will receive analytics events only if Analytics is enabled. Their final data processing terms and any international transfer arrangements require legal review.

Your choices and rights

You can change optional storage choices from Cookie settings. You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, or request a copy of your personal data. Contact details and the enquiry retention period need to be added before publication.
